Lottso! Deluxe
Badge tips The Lottso Sevens badge is awarded just for trying the game - even a free trial. You can earn at least the first rank badge and mini items (and possibly more) by playing the free trial version. You'll need to purchase the game (currently $19.95) to earn the other badges & items. You must play in Multi-player games to earn rank progress and mini items. Games must be won online to earn the Game Award badges - see Game tips. Game tips ALWAYS read a game's How to Play, and also check for a Hints or Tips tab and/or Tutorial. They do help! In Single Player rooms you play against computer opponents and are assigned sets of goals to earn before you can move to the next area. Make note of game goals at the beginning of a round. In Multi-player rooms you play against human opponents. You must play in Multi-player games to earn rank progress. Place all possible balls before scratching any cards. You can always scratch them in the next turn, but once missed balls are gone, they're gone. Drag and drop wild star balls where you want them and do the same for Free spots to ensure the placement you want. Don't use wild stars or Free spots until you've placed all exact-match balls. Always try to fill & scratch the multiplier cards for good points. Highlighted cards in rounds 6, 7 & 8 pay double their scratch value, and highlighted cards in rounds 9 & 10 pay triple. Pay attention to what round you're in! For instance, don't start a Super Lottso card in the second half of the game as you likely won't be able to fill it. If you get a Fire card early in the game and can fill the cards below it, don't scratch them. When the Fire card falls you'll get a Super Lottso card unless it's a late round. If you can't fill the cards below the Fire card, concentrate on filling cards on the other side instead. Super Lottso cards can contribute a lot of points towards tokens & high score spins, but you won't do as well as regular cards if you don't get good scratch amounts on them. You can make an agreement with friend(s) or cooperative player(s) to let Lottso! cards ride until later rounds in order to maximize their value. More about Lottso! Deluxe Lottso! Deluxe is one of several download/for purchase games (along with Tri-Peaks Deluxe, The Poppit! Show and Mahjong Garden Deluxe) that include chat, mini items as Game Awards, and in which non-Club Pogo members can earn mini items and rank badges. Non-members' rank progress is converted to Game Award badges if they join Club Pogo, but they can earn and wear Lottso! Deluxe badges inside the game. In full screen mode, you can hit ALT plus TAB to return to your desktop. You can change from full screen to in-window play by clicking Menu and then Options. If you experience lagging when playing this game, try deselecting video acceleration in the game options. Alternately you can try reducing or disabling your system's video acceleration options. In Windows XP look in Settings>Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced>Troubleshoot. Gameplay is identical to Lottso! with the addition of new power-ups, charms, goals, and the ability to freeze opponents for one round. Normally PogoTips.com doesn't include any download/for purchase games, but Lottso! Deluxe is here because it offers badges (several of which can be earned without buying the game). |
